Sunday
Not much going on.
Hurricane Rita came thru Texas and Lousiana and did tons of damage.
Poor folks in Lousiana are still reeling from Katrina.
Weather is gorgeous here.
Been sloughing off on walking last couple of days but having a slight foot problem so letting it rest a day or so.

another thursday.
shoo, I haven't been up in here in a week.
Nothing exciting to report though.
been walking a least 1 mile a day and busy putting away summer stuff and getting winter stuff out.
The new t.v season has started but so far not impressed by any new show. So will probably just watch old shows.
Weather has been nice but turning cooler.

Thursday.
I haven't written in several days but then had nothing exciting to say
I did walk 2.5 miles on Tuesday
1.25 miles both Monday Wednesday and Today plus rode the bike 4 miles today.
and am on Day 4 without Mt.Dew

Sun Early Am.
I HATE INSOMNIA
I am sick of it. I have given up caffeine , I exercise early enough so it shouldn't effect me and I am still not sleeping ARRGH
did walk 2 miles today and yesterday at a yard sale got one of those indoor fountains that sounds like the ocean and sea gulls. I can see why they got rid of it.. ITS ANNOYING LOL
my feet hurt and the weather is turning cool and I am a grouch..
so what else is new? :LOL as usual this thing won't let me upload anything.. grrr
good night sleep tight don't let the bedbugs bite.

Monday
nothing exciting to report
expect our kitchen sink had a leak and after 3 days of them not showing up or having bad pieces that didn't work they finally fixed it and cost 2oo dollars!!
then Saturday night I didn't sleep all night!! only a 10 minute nap so was really dragging by bedtime then slept all night.
